Apprenticeship ambassadors
Trainees from the companies visit school classrooms and provide information about their recognized trades with the goal of inspiring young people for an apprenticeship.

The CCI Stuttgart Region provides regional coordinators, who perform the following tasks:
- Acquiring and training trainees as ambassadors
- Organizing contact with schools, career counselling of the employment office, and companies
- Planning and coordinating the utilization of the ambassadors
The national apprenticeship ambassador initiative is sponsored by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry for Economy, Labour and Housing.
Education partnerships
An education partnership between a school and a company is a win-win situation for both sides. For the company, working together with a school is good and efficient apprenticeship marketing. There are many possibilities -
from application training to intensive teaching cooperation.
The CCI determines the school’s need for sponsorship and the sponsorship capabilities of the company. Concrete measures are derived from this and a cooperation agreement signed.
