Interpreters and translators services

World-wide business contacts are gaining increasing importance in the world of globalisation. However, one of the not infrequent side effects is language-related difficulties and problems. For example, national regulations in some countries stipulate that all of the necessary import/export documents (Carnet ATA, certified commercial invoices, certificates, etc.) have to be translated. Furthermore, contracts are also often concluded in ”global languages– such as English or Spanish; and it is thus imperative to have a translation of such in order to understand the contents exactly. Even personal discussions between business partners are often only conducted in the presence of an interpreter.
Here you will find a link of addresses of authorized sworn interpreters and translators registered in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen for purposes of downloading.
Almost all languages are covered, and such experts have experience in many specialist fields.
A list of so-called exotic languages can also be found on the pages of the Bundesverband der Dolmetscher und Übersetzer e.V. [Federal Association of Interpreters and Translators] - see external links. These addresses are, however, not to be considered as recommendations by the Chamber of Commerce.
Anyone engaged as an interpreter, or translator, can send us their details, which we would only be too pleased to include in our data pool.
