About us
La Red e. V. supports newcomers in Berlin to adapt to life in Germany. They offer help with finding jobs, understanding the environment, embracing the culture, and navigating media. The team members come from various backgrounds and are skilled in aiding integration, providing guidance, fostering creativity through art, and conducting research.
Our offers
Training and advice for international skilled workers, SMEs and labour market players on job search and recruiting skilled workers via social media. - Support for migrant women in Berlin entering the labour market through free workshops and individual job coaching. -Counselling on the recognition of qualifications acquired abroad. -Providing and developing a platform for migrant women's organisations and social media actors to strengthen their participation in academic and social discourse. - Support for people to get involved in their communities against right-wing extremism, right-wing populism and group-based misanthropy on the internet. - Workshops and events on democratic behaviour and dealing with racism and right-wing extremism in companies.
