Why work for us?

FSE-Pflege is a non-profit company which operates four nursing homes in Berlin. In addition to traditional care for the elderly, we also provide care for people with dementia and offer palliative care. All services required for the operation of the homes come from a single source in order to guarantee consistent quality. For example, the FSE Group operates its own catering and facility management.
