About us
FachkraefteWandel e.V. is an asociation of 10 EdTechs qualifying people in digital skills to help companies find talents. Our members qualify career changers - in IT, Coding and digital skills für Sales, Marketing, HR - equipping them with the skills they need to find a job and match them with companies searching talents. For newly arrived individuals e.g. from Ukraine they offer Jobturbo-programs (3 month) in HR, IT-Security, Online Marketing or industry 4.0.
