The ability to access nutritious and sustainable food is critical for the growing population.
While animal proteins continue to be traditional consumer preferences, the increasing drive for more sustainable and healthier lifestyles, together with developing taste and functionality, is shifting that emphasis to plant protein products. At the same time, agriculture, currently providing both plant and animal protein, uses up to 70% of the world’s drinkable water.
As a technologically innovative company, we have been operating in the global market since 2006.
In order to meet the above-mentioned challenges of the modern world, the industrial food processing systems need to be innovatively designed and thoroughly implemented. Processes that we have developed are matching these criteria.
Our core competences are the following processes:
  • high protein ingredient production from crops: soya, sunflower, peas, rapeseed
  • dairy protein and lactose production from raw milk
  • meat protein production from fresh meat by-products
  • fish protein production from fresh fish by-products
  • process water recovery systems
  • We designed and delivered the first ever sunflower isolate protein plant. Sunflower protein isolate - utilization for both human nutrition and animal feed purposes
  • In 2020, during Corona lockdown, we commissioned a big fish protein plant, producing high protein fish meal and fish oil
  • In 2021. we designed and started the first ever implementation in Europe of a deep milk processing plant with dairy protein (casein and whey) as well as lactose production
