The GIBE real-estate group was founded by architect Jana Mrowetz who has over 30 years of international experience in the field of design and sustainable urban development. We work at the intersection of innovation, architecture and society - with a passion to create and support thriving communities.
Up until 2012, we were based in Los Angeles (as JM Real Estate Group) with the focus on downtown revitalisation and refurbishment of existing buildings. In Berlin we develop boutique residential projects in the outskirts with our Green Urban Living concept. In 2021, the GIBE Real Estate Group expanded to Portugal to cater to a new generation of digital nomads, developing beachside projects in harmony with nature.
