The African Skills for Germany AS4G, is a pilot project funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy BMWE and is aims to support German companies with their hiring needs.
AHK Services Eastern Africa supports market entry, partner searches, analyses, delegations, and tailored business events. Through African Skills for Germany, it recruits and prepares skilled workers and apprentices for German companies.

We follow the employer pays all model hence protecting both employer and applicants from expolitation. We have partnered with the local governments in our region to ensure transparency. Through out the process we advise the company on the expected costs of the different services that we offer.
