Databases and Ebooks

OPAC (open public access catalogue) is the online catalogue of the Library of Commerce. It contains an electronic record of all the literature in the library in addition to selected databases, e-books and online journals. The location and loan status of books are shown in search results, and you can also view your user account.
 

Ebook Central is a portal that allows users of the Library of Commerce who want to ‘borrow’ an electronic book to access the material and read it in full at any time. It is also possible to save and print using EBL.
 

The Emerald Fulltext Archive Database contains journal articles across the fields of business, management, economics, engineering, computing, technology and social sciences, published 1977 to 2020.
 

Statista is one of the most comprehensive statistical databases in Germany. Facts, figures and other information can be downloaded here for personal use.
 

The WISO economics database offers an extensive range of literature in German from the field of economics and social sciences. With WISO, users of the Library of Commerce can access the full text of selected journals as well as all the major reference databases and more than 12.000 ebooks.
