Mediation clause

A mediation agreement can be concluded at any time in the event of a dispute. However, if you already wish to make provision when concluding the contract for amicable agreement in the event of later differences of opinion, we recommend the following mediation clause:
”The parties undertake, in the event of a dispute arising out of this contract, to conduct mediation pursuant to the Hamburg rules of mediation for economic disputes prior to lodging an action before the ordinary courts or court of arbitration."
