Our business division Legal Services & Tax Services provides information in the area of commercial law, industrial law, competition law, and provides contact information for experts in case of disputes.
It also informs member companies regarding new laws passed in Berlin and Brussels.

In order to place more emphasis on the advantages of settling conflicts out of court in a constructive fashion, we established the Chamber of Industry & Commerce`s (CIC) Mediation Center Central Hesse together with the CICs Lahn-Dill and Limburg. The Mediation Center’s mission is to consult companies as well as offer model clauses and mediation rules. In addition, the Mediation Center provides competent mediators, takes over processing of the proceedings and informs in regards to costs.
