Qualification and motivation: These two buzzwords form two important pillars supporting your company and its success. Processes and production procedures can be copied – but not the know-how and competence of your employees. It is their capabilities which keep enterprises and their goods and services internationally competitive.

Our Education and Further Education Division with its extensive programme of courses makes sure that your employees remain qualified. Our principle of qualification starts even earlier though – with the vocational training: More than 6,000 apprentices take examinations every year at the Darmstadt CCI. This is our guarantee that your junior staff members know their job.

Vocational training is an investment which pays off. Nobody can manufacture your product better or explain your services in a more competent manner than somebody who has learnt the job from scratch in your company. We therefore accompany not only the progress of an apprentice, but we support, with all the means available to us, entrepreneurs who want to create new apprenticeship training positions. We provide information on support programmes and provide assistance with applications. Young people can access your training offers via our market place for apprenticeships. If your company is small or highly specialised, we organise a vocational training network. In this way companies „share” an apprentice and give him/her access to fields of activities not covered by the other companies.
