DUS&MEET - IHK welcome & connect for entrepreneurs from abroad

With DUS&MEET, the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Düsseldorf) launches a new networking format for international entrepreneurs in Düsseldorf and Kreis Mettmann. This initiative is aimed above all at entrepreneurs who founded their business from abroad or who came to Düsseldorf or Kreis Mettmann to start their business here - both newcomers and those who have already been successfully running their businesses for some time.

The aim is to connect with IHK Düsseldorf and its teams, to introduce important regional partners as well as to provide a platform for entrepreneurs to learn from each other, share experiences and strengthen their businesses.

The event will be held entirely in English. Participants will also have the opportunity to present their company in a short pitch session. You can decide if you want to take part in this during the registration process.

10:00 a.m. - Welcome address Dr. Nikolaus Paffenholz (Director Business Services, IHK Düsseldorf) and
Annette Klerks (Head of International Business Service, Office of Economic Development, City of Düsseldorf):
IHK and OED as your business partners
10:15 a.m. - Introduction of IHK teams, regional partners, and information on the extension of
residence permits under Section 21 Residence Act
10:30 a.m. - Best Practice: Interview with three business founders from Düsseldorf and Kreis Mettmann
10:50 a.m. - Pitch Session
11:20 a.m. - Networking
